剧情介绍
约翰尼（基努·李维斯 Keanu Reeves 饰）是一名FBI探员，正在与老搭档帕帕斯（加里·布塞 Gary Busey 饰）着手调查一系列银行抢劫案。然而这个狡猾的犯罪团伙行事严谨精明，每次犯案均用多位前任总统的面具伪装自己。约翰尼手上唯一的线索只是帕帕斯的推理：罪犯很可能是冲浪爱好者。为了尽快侦破此案，约翰尼决定到海滩学习冲浪以寻找线索，在此过程中，约翰尼结识了冲浪高手普提（帕特里克·斯威兹 Patrick Swayze 饰）和泰勒（罗莉·佩蒂 Lori Petty 饰），他被普提的思想魅力和领袖气息所吸引，爱上了冲浪这项刺激的运动，并与一帮冲浪爱好者结下深厚友谊。然而，在种种相处的细节之中，约翰尼渐渐开始怀疑这帮优秀的朋友就是他要找的神秘团伙……
