Plot Summary:WHISPER OF MINQIN tells a story of how a group of eco-refugees fight to take fate into their own hands and preserve their ancestral homeland against the vast and relentless desert in Minqin County of Gansu Province, China. Will the desert claim Minqin or will the people reclaim their land?
