一个长肿瘤的中年妇女呕吐出一滩奇怪的肉球，没想到肉球竟爬到她儿子嘴里慢慢转变成了一只丑恶的食肉怪物，就连她的儿子也变得性情暴躁乱杀无辜并用人肉喂食怪物，荒诞古怪的故事才刚刚开始……A middle-aged woman is diagnosed with a tumor by a charismatic preacher. She vomits up what she believes to be the tumor. The "tumor" turns out to be a strange spore of sorts that can grow into a carnivorous creature. This spore inside the boy's body now makes him brutally kill people to feed the other spores, which grow into strange creatures as described.
