Plot Summary:In the beginning, the courageous clothing salesclerk just wants to give "them up there" on the executive floor a good telling-off, protesting the totally unjustified closure of their chain store. This triggers off a series of turbulent events, though; and by the time she finally makes it onto the executive floor, she is mistaken for a new board member. Once she overcomes her shock, she begins to realize the unforeseen opportunities this offers: She could save her colleagues' jobs and bring a fresh wind to the corporation.
萨拉（费莉西塔斯·沃尔 Felicitas Woll 饰）在一家服装店里担任着助理的职务，一直兢兢业业工作的她没想到自己竟然有朝一日会失去这份工作，她的经理卡普（阿尔恩特·施韦林·索瑞 Arndt Schwering-Sohnrey 饰）毫无理由的就关掉了萨拉所在的那家服装店，这不是明摆着欺负人嘛。 气不过的沙拉决定去总公司找卡普理论，哪知道却被卡普误认成了即将上岗的女主管。萨拉决定将错就错，顶替了女主管的身份，借用主管职权，她打算在公司里进行一系列的改革。在萨拉的领导之下，公司的业绩节节攀升，卡普也对她的工作能力十分的满意。然而，撒了一个谎，就必须用一百个谎去圆，萨拉的身份屡屡遭遇曝光的危险。
