Plot Summary:Byomkesh Bakshi investigates the mysterious death of Anadi Haldar, a foul mouthed man with a mysterious past. During this time he comes in touch with many mysterious persons including the adopted son, his governess, the nephew of the deceased man. Accompanied by his best friend cum assistant Ajit, Byomkesh investigates only to realise that it certainly will not be a cake walk.
