Plot Summary:Hjørdis and Rita have established a small, independent school together, but still can't quite agree on the sets of values and rules for the school. A pupil at the school challenges Rita with fake facts from the Internet, and the school ends up in revolt. On the home front, Uffe and Hjørdis try to strike a balance between their family life and Hjørdis' new and demanding job as headmaster. Uffe meets student assistant Pil. Rita is sought out by Helle, who needs help to make Rasmus understand that their relationship is over.
Now Rita is no longer bound by state school rules and bureaucracy, so she can design her very own school from scratch and finally shape it to her own ideals. But it is not as easy as it sounds, and sparks soon begin to fly as she begins to work alongside Hjørdis
