Plot Summary:Set in early 1980s, a China city by the sea. Some people fish valuable sea cucumbers and abalones arbitrarily regardless of conservation regulation of aquatic resources. Hai Long and his friend are two of them and do not listen to the dissuasion from a female friend. Hai Long finally quits from the lawless behavior and joins to a regular company as a professional deep-sea diver after his friend lost the life in a lawless diving accident.
