Plot Summary:In World War II, a tough sergeant is put in charge of a squad of young recruits and assigned to lead them on a mission against the Germans.
男主人公为了国家去参军，从来没有预料到战争的可怕。从一开始的胆小，到后来变成为一个无情的杀手。战争中他的中士战友谴责他对待投降的德国士兵。最后，他用勇气证明了他冒着生命危险拯救军士是值得。事后两人成为终身的朋友......
