Plot Summary:When U.S. Ambassador Phil Davis comes aboard the Hammersley to decorate Aussie Gulf War heroes, the girls ogle most of all Dylan 'Dutchy' Mulholland, who turns out to be their new shipmate, arousing jealousy especially from 2Dads. Captain Flynn finds it impossible to keep refusing a promotion to HQ. Ambassador Phil Davis is reported kidnapped in pirate-style by presumably Indonesian palm oil smugglers.
