Plot Summary:George Kelly (Phillip Terry), World-War-Two vet returning home from the war, is persuaded by a local politician, John Rooney (Donald McBride), assuming that Kelly would fall in line with the entrenched establishment. But, Kelly has his own agenda and exposes a crooked political set-up in in the town and is elected on the strength of his honesty.
