Plot Summary:Campo Del Cielo, in Argentina, experienced a meteor shower thousands of years ago. Since then all kinds of people have come to the area in search of a part of the booty. Among them, the largest meteorite collector in the world, and at the same time smuggler, Robert Haag. A film that speaks of plunder and human folly.
Starting in Argentina and travelling to Pittsburgh and Tucson in the US, Sergio Wolf chases down meteor hunters. A meteor show inspires this expedition through indigenous lore, greedy conquistadors, unsolved enigmas and smugglers, bringing together myth and science, past and present.
